Two days ago, Ciara hosted the 45th annual American Music Awards and opened with a performance of her new single 'Melanin'. During the three hour show, Ciara had eight wardrobe changes and six hairstyle changes. Although it may be a lot, it wasn't surprising to see so many looks from the 'Level Up' singer, who has become somewhat of a fashion icon. In this post, I highlight all nine of the outfits, along with the six hairstyles she slayed through the night.
Ciara walked the AMA red carpet with an oversized cobalt blue blazer with a pair of flared pants. She kept her hair simple with loose wavy bundles and a middle part.
Continuing with the wavy tresses, Ciara wore an oversized black and white color block blazer with black flared pants.
For her first look on the AMA stage, Ciara wore a tan-colored corset top paired with some tan shorts and a pair of Nike Air Force 1. To complement the look, she wore her hair in a long high braided ponytail.
Participating in the animal print trend, Ciara wore a leopard print off the shoulder dress with a large train. For this look, she ditched the braid and wore a sleek high pony.
Ciara wore a sequined orange jumpsuit with a large bow, for her fifth look of the night. For her third hairstyle change, she wore a high top flipped pony to match the look.
Sticking with the sequin and flipped ponytail, Ciara wore a cute pink sequined dress paired with some pink strappy sandals.
For an effortless look, Ciara graced the stage with a long sleek silver dress paired with a sleek low bun.
One of my favorite looks of the night, Ciara wore a long silky bob with a white fringe mini dress and matching fringe coat.
For her final wardrobe change, Ciara wore a black mesh corset blazer with matching biker shorts.
